Refund Policy

At Stepify, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We currently do not offer refunds. However, we provide a 7-Day Exchange Policy for your convenience.

If you experience any issue such as receiving the wrong size or a damaged product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Once your exchange request is approved, we will replace the product with the same item you originally ordered.
