Placing an order means you are offering to purchase a product, subject to availability and acceptance by us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes (if any).

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment partners.

We do not store your complete credit/debit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier services.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Any delays caused by courier services, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy only.

If you receive a damaged product or face a size issue, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days

Once approved, we will replace the product with the same item originally ordered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Stepify, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our property and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws of Pakistan.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
