1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Please note that some remote areas may experience longer delivery times or limited service availability.


2. Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns (if mentioned on our website).

Otherwise, standard shipping charges will apply based on your location and order size or weight.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email to track your shipment.


5. Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Orders that are not confirmed within 48 hours may be cancelled automatically.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan for your convenience.

For high-value orders, partial or full advance payment may be required.


7. Delays & Responsibility

While we strive for timely delivery, Stepify is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

In case of significant delays, our support team will assist you accordingly.
